Oxygenia is a unique, green country settlement located in historic Shida Kartli, on the edge of the Trialeti mountain range, near the village of Noste, just a 35-minute drive from Tbilisi.
Our mission is to integrate an eco-friendly environment with modern standards. That’s why we planted more than 25,000 Paulownia Tomentosa trees on the 34-hectare territory of Oxygenia. This tree is distinguished by its beautiful flowers, large green leaves, rapid growth, and the ability to emit a record amount of oxygen.
The farm settlement of Oxygenia consists of more than 200 forest plots, each with dozens of trees. Accordingly, the houses and yards of all residents will be immersed in the greenery and oxygen of the forest.
Oxygenia offers an oxygen-rich, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable living environment with city-type infrastructure and communications, supported by a detailed development plan and common spaces.
Oxygenia is designed for people of all ages and interests. Here you will find a modern settlement in harmony with nature, located in the forest, where all the conditions are created for children to breathe fresh air and relax on holidays, for families to unwind on weekends, for freelancers to work remotely, for companies to organize out-of-town activities, for tourists to visit historical places, and for friends to spend quality time together.
Oxygenia creates a new standard of healthy living in Georgia.
Trialeti Ridge is a stunning mountain massif covered with coniferous and deciduous forests, located on the border of Kvemo and Shida Kartli. Oxygenia is situated on the Shida Kartli side of the Trialeti mountain range, in the historical village at the foot of the Noste forest, 800 meters above sea level.
From the settlement of Oxygenia, there are panoramic views of the Caucasus Mountains and the Trialeti range. The forested ridge of Trialeti makes not only the rural settlement but also the road leading to it impressive at any time of the year.
The proximity to the Trialeti Ridge makes the location of Oxygenia stand out for its historical significance. In our vicinity are places such as Gudaleti, Erhatsminda, Garikula, Mefiskalaki, Tshaveri, Chachubet, Gostibe, and other beautiful villages. Here, you will find many attractions such as waterfalls, bridges, towers, temples, and fortresses.
Oxygenia’s goal is to breathe new life into the beautiful, historic Shida Kartli, to re-introduce this wonderful region to Tbilisi, and make it attractive for tourists.
The tree of Japanese origin, Paulownia (Japanese kiri 桐), is the cornerstone of the ecological development of Oxygenia. Known for its exceptional environmental and economic benefits, this tree can grow up to 20 meters in height. It releases a large amount of oxygen during photosynthesis, improves soil health, and effectively suppresses dust and noise.
In addition to its environmental contributions, Paulownia enhances the landscape with its beauty. In the spring, it blooms for weeks, adding a spectacular visual appeal. During the summer, its broad, green leaves provide abundant shade and create a pleasant, oxygen-rich microclimate for humans.
For the optimal development of each tree, Oxygenia collaborates with the scientists of the Forestry and Park Department of the Agrarian University of Georgia. Our goal is to preserve as many trees as possible during the construction of the country settlement. To achieve this, our horticulturists will assist residents in properly caring for the dozens of Paulownia trees thriving on their forest plots.
A 38-kilometer, newly asphalted, and well-maintained road leads to Oxygenia from Tbilisi.
You won’t see any truck trailers on the road to Oxygenia. Instead, you’ll meet cyclists because it’s their favorite track.
During the journey, you will not be bothered by sharp bends, pressure changes, or any other discomfort that some people face when traveling from Tbilisi in different directions.
During a comfortable 35-minute drive, you will pass through Mtskheta, Armaz, Khekordze, Nichbis, Kavtishkevi, and the edge of the Trialeti mountain range. Along the way, you’ll see green meadows, wheat and barley fields, and tkemali and almond plantations, which enhance the natural beauty of the region.
Arriving in Oxygenia and returning to Tbilisi, whether by car, motorcycle, or bicycle, is always a pleasant adventure.
To create a modern, eco-friendly settlement, Oxygenia cooperates with organizations such as TBC Capital, SOCAR Georgia, and the Georgian Agrarian University.
TBC Capital conducted a detailed market value assessment of Oxygenia and contributed to the development of the business project.
Natural gas supply to the territory is provided by SOCAR Georgia.
Under a memorandum with the Georgian Agrarian University, a team of experts will oversee the development and maintenance of the Paulownia forest.
Additionally, to maintain an ecologically clean and healthy environment, Oxygenia received support from the Green for Growth Fund. This grant was instrumental in developing the architectural project for the future hotel at Oxygenia.
The support and expertise of these partners are essential for creating an ecologically clean and comfortable living environment in Oxygenia.
